It’s GivingTuesday—Consider Donating to Trail Stewards & Advocates

Because of the nature of our mission and the corresponding work we do, the OTTA regularly has an opportunity to partner with a number of public and progressive private organizations that are similarly focused on improving access to outdoor experiences, in particular those to be found within the Oregon Timber Trail corridor.

On GivingTuesday, we’re asking you to consider donating to one (or several!) of these groups. Without their ongoing commitment and tireless efforts, often measured in thousands of volunteer hours and hundreds of restored trail miles, the Oregon Timber Trail simply could not continue to exist:

And there are certainly other organizations to consider—each shepherding a cause worthy of your support. Should you have specific questions about the groups highlighted above or other OTTA partners, please contact us at: development@oregontimbertrail.org.

GivingTuesday was established for one reason: to encourage people to do good. While there’s no shortage of qualified candidates for your hard-earned dollars, trail advocacy, education, and stewardship will continue to return dividends for generations to come. Connecting trails, connecting people.

For those of you interested to learn more about the OTTA’s 2025 initiatives, please follow us on Facebook and Instagram, visit the website, or drop us a line! We'd love to hear from you in the new year.

Keep turning those cranks,

The Oregon Timber Trail Alliance
